Housing Programs

We offer public housing ranging in size from 1 bedroom up to five bedroom apartments.

Norcross Housing Authority offers public housing. It does not administer the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. Income eligibility is 80% or area median income by size of household.

NHA does not participate in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, so voucher holders cannot port to this housing authority. To learn more about Vouchers, please visit the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
