Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on June 11, 2026 at 1:00 PM for comment on Norcross’s Housing Authority’s updates to the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy, Five Year Capital Fund and Annual Agency Plan Update. The Public Hearing will be held at 675 Mitchell Rd, Norcross GA 30071.
A copy of the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy, Capital Plan and Agency Plan will be available for review before the Public Hearing on our website at www.norcrosshousing.org. Any person wishing to comment on the Policy may file his or her comments in writing with the Executive Director of the Norcross Housing Authority by the close of business on June 4, 2026, or may attend the Public Hearing. All comments will be considered in preparing the Final Policies for approval by the NHA Board and submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
